Data loss is avoided through triple storage: on the computer, in the cloud and on an external carrier.
If something still needs to be printed, for example a registered notice of default, this is done on "paper" that is not made from trees, but consists of 100% recycled agricultural waste.
Originals received analogously are of course kept in the original.
There are solar panels on the roof of the office that provide sufficient yield for both power supply and heating.
