Immigration law

 

I am a specialist in immigration matters:

Criminal law

 

I have already provided assistance before the Police court, the Correctional Court, the Court of Appeal, the Assize Court and the Court of Cassation.

 

To this end, I have a certificate of special training in cassation proceedings in criminal matters and a certificate of special training for interrogation assistance (Salduz).

Civil law

 

I can obviously also help you with the wide range of matters of civil law: rent, purchase, neighborly disputes, rights in rem (goods), damages, contracts, divorce/end of relationship, invoice collections and so on.

Administration

 

Since 2011, I have been regularly appointed by the Justice of the Peace to manage the assets, liabilities and paperwork of people who cannot (or no longer) do this themselves. I've already worked together with the Peace Courts of the three  cantons of Leuven, the (former) canton of Haacht and the cantons of Aarschot, Eeklo, Diest, Sint-Jans-Molenbeek, Sint-Joost-ten-Node, Tienen, Vilvoorde, Willebroek and Zandhoven.
